Improvements

The subject property is improved with 2 x sheds, 2 x staff accommodation, kraal with cattle working facility. All improvements are situated on Portion 8 of Farm Rietpoort 193 IR. The farm is improved as follows:

• The main shed offers an approximate building size of 273m². It boasts a fully cladded steel construction with concrete floor. The building was constructed during 2015.
• An additional shed with an approximate building size of 854m². The building is enclosed on 2 sides. It was completed during 2013.
• Staff accommodation is situated on the farm. It offers a basic construction and offers 2 units. It was completed during 2013.
• The kraal is situated approximately 25 meters north of the open shed. It has a capacity for 200 cattle – confirmed by owner – and includes a cattle working / loading facility.

Water Supply
